Comparison between modes of transportation

Comparison between modes of Transportation

Road :

The advantages of travelling by road are what we have speed and we can go anywhere we want using a car. If we compare using bus, bus only brings us to the station but not to the right location that we want. Also, using car, we get some privacy where we can do what we want.

Rail :

The advantages of travelling by rail are speed, comfort and pleasure combined. You sit comfortably in a train and watch a view of the whole countryside. If you are hungry, you can have a meal in a dining-car. You can also meet and talk to lots of people. Travelling by train has disadvantages too. It is quite uncomfortable to travel with trains that haven’t cabins, just sitting places. Another disadvantage is that all the time, during your trip, you will hear a noise, which split from the railing.

Sea :

Travelling by sea has many advantages, because travelling by ship is one of the most interesting way of travelling. Travelling by ship is good, because you live in a cabin there are bed and bathroom, in where you can get a good rest. You also don’t need to worry about the food, because there is restaurant. Travelling by ship has disadvantages too. One of this is that travelling by ship is quite expensive. Another bad thing about the voyage is being seasick. Lots of people get seasick, especially when the sea is rough.

Air :

The advantages of travelling by air are the very quick and enough comfortable way. Also there are good staffs in the plane, and stewardesses are ready to help you at any time. There are no restaurants in most plains, but you can always get something to drink and to have a snack.
